5. Stay hydrated

Your eyes, like any other part of the body, needs water to stay healthy. Drinking enough water helps keep your eyes moist and this will help in dry eye treatment.

6. Use a humidifier

Making use of a humidifier can add moisture to dry indoor air. You can also place a bowl of water near your source of heat. This will help in keeping your eyes moist.
